Guest f3nd3r Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 (edited) Hey guys, Just upgraded from M3100 to E650. Not sure if i like the transition just yet. I miss alot of features present on the M3100. Any way my question is how do i change the background colour of the start menu. Its like a dull grey/blue. I would prefer to have it white. Any help is appreciated. Cheers Edited September 18, 2007 by f3nd3r
Guest Doktor M@buse Posted September 19, 2007 Report Posted September 19, 2007 You can copy these lines to your *.xml file you use for your homescreen: Just add the lines between the 'scheme' start- and end-tag. . . . . . .
Guest Omnivore Posted September 19, 2007 Report Posted September 19, 2007 You can copy these lines to your *.xml file you use for your homescreen: Just add the lines between the 'scheme' start- and end-tag. . . . . . . I have a Vodafone s710 and changed the normal homescreen to something a lot nicer than the standard vodafone stuff. However, I'm still stuck with the ugly sand-colour Vodafone start menu background, and similar banner when dialing a number to call (plus the red logo when booting and shutting down the device). Where do i change this, and what kind of pictures can i use? Right now I'm looking in the 'windows' folder (btw awfully slow to load because of all the files in here) and I found the startmenubackground.bmp file which is the ugly vodafone pic... how do i change this? Can i just replace it with something i like? And the dialing banner? Perhaps there's a de-brand pack for my decide that i can safely use? Thanks a lot!
