html emails on S710

My emails wont show in HTML. I thought this was something that mobile 6 could do.

is there a setting some where?

when i am reading a email and goto menu/view/the 'get html' is grayed out???

Try FlexMail or ProfiMail instead... But probably the HTML of that mail is faulty. Keep in mind that HTML in emails is not anything like a standard, only MS invented it.
