i600 carousel modification

Hello,

Can anyone please tell me if I can modify in any way the decks, or items on the decks for the i600 carousel.

In particular, I'd like to add an icon somewhere so that I can have one button to turn on / off wifi and bluetooth without having to go through the settings menu. As I am new to the phone, is there any other way of doing this quickly?
