Paint Options for D-Pad on Vox

Not sure how or when it happened, but there are two areas on my d-pad that the silver has come off. I have one of the S710's with the silver keys not black. Has anyone tried to touch up their d-pad or keys with silver paint? If so, I'd like to know what paint you used. Thx.

Same thing happened to me. There is an OEM replacement shell out there, but I fear it would be nearly impossible to take this thing apart to apply it. Not sure if silver paint will do the trick, either.

That's the one. They are very slow communicators at this store. They have no 'disassembly' instructions either. Still, if someone has the guts to try it (and document it with photos!) you'd probably be a VoxHero to many of us.
