problem with my sig (question for paul mainly)

aparently .bmp pics arent allowed in our signatures, but ive had my world map counter for a while. well of corse it's a .bmp extension, so when i try to update my signature with something else, it tells me .bmp isnt allowed. the only way i can save it is if i delete my world map..and i dont really wanna do that yet.

any suggestions or ways to fix this?
