Successor to the HTC Prophet?

I have been using the superb HTC Prophet (I-Mate Jamin) for 1-2 years now and it is time to finally upgrade the phone.

Preferably it shouldn't be heavier than the 150g Prophet but should include GPS, WM6, a 400mhz+ processor and have more memory.

Any recommendations on what phone to upgrade to?

I think the Trinity is the natural successor to the Prophet, not sure if a WM6 upgrade is available yet though
