Streamlining VOIP with regular phone service

I have AT&T service, and I am thinking about buying the HTC Vox. I want to know whether there is software that will allow me to streamline my GSM calls with VOIP, similar to T-Mobile's HotSpot@Home. I want to be able to make calls over wi-fi, but still be able to keep my standard cell number, and be able to switch between the two whenever I want to. I know that the Vox isn't a UMA phone, and that AT&T doesn't have a service similar to HotSpot@Home, but I was just wondering if there's a program or something out there that can help me out.
