I ´ld like to customate my own. Thanks! Power on/off is the same as softreset, and a hardreset resets your device back to factory status... So which images do you actually want to change? I guess the WM logo that shows up on booting? Check the ms_splash.png in your \Windows folder. The other image (HTC logo) is ROM built-in, and cannot be changed that easy.
