NEEDED: Skype 2.2.0.20 Beta for Smartphone

I have an iPAQ 510 Smartphone [NOT PPC]

Skype 2.2.0.20 Beta works on this device, but...

The gold release 2.2.0.36 does not..

After Google-ing for two days, I can't find a copy of 2.2.0.20 Beta..

If someone can post a link or PM me with this file, I would be forever grateful.

Thanks... But... Following this link takes you to the Skype.com site for downloading... The version you get from Skype is 2.2.0.36 or higher.. The down-rev version is not available on the Skype site..

I got all excited... but... alas.. No joy.!

Sorry about your bad luck i was giving an option that worked for me. There is no other version on the skype site that worked for me

i am using an SFR_HTC S710 or Dopod C500 i tried a bunch of versions of skype then found this file

SkypeForSmartphone.CAB

which was downloaded from a skype forum not the original site. maybe search for that file and you will find your joy.

keep on keeping it real
