i have got the phone attached below the security policy is restricted which doesnt allow me install applications and other stuff and i have tried all sorts of registry edits none work because of restricted settings

my question is if i upgrade the current windows mobile 5.0 rom to 6.0

will it remove developers restrictions any help will be really appreciated thanks alot
