Hi, I'm afraid its been a while since I last looked around these parts, but I'm hopeing the community will help me out a tad.

I need to do some interface research for a development project I'm doing for my Uni Dissertation. Its only short and really quite basic, its to get an idea of interface problems. Basically born from the fact that i've owned 4 smartphones now and I've never used them for what they were intended for becuase i'd get frustraited with them. If some of you could answer some / all of these questions i'd be really greatful. All entries will be given first refusal at trying anything new I develop.

Its a bit generic as its been posted on non smartphone forums!

Yes they were the most important factor. Mobile email/ Outlook was the main reason and it works out excellent

Do you often make mistakes when entering Data?

Yes sometimes. Caused by a combination of my haste, small keys and my terrible spelling. They are easy to fix, just jump to the mistake with the D-Pad and edit.
