HTC S710 Seems to switch off over night?

Having a problem with my vodafone (V1415) branded S710, During the night it turns off. Doesn't matter if i have it charging, on battery etc. Cannot find a setting that will automatically switch its self off to adjust? Any help appreciated.

Done some playing about. It turns off at midnight. I set the clock to 23.55 and both times when it reached 0.00 (Midnight) off it went. Turned off automatic time/Time zone setting off but still does it?
