.rar WTF

i know i am such a newbie, but I have a blackjack, and the only emulater I can get on it is pocketNesterPlus

a NES emulater, because it was a .cab file

I DON"T get .rar files - how do I open them, and with WHAT? ;)

Also, please anyone post emulaters that work for the blackjack

.rar are similar to zipfiles. 7 Zip will unpack it for you (http://www.7-zip.org/)
