Guest Pandaman Posted September 26, 2007 Report Posted September 26, 2007 I know this is a really dumb question (for which I apologise) but how do I remove the SIM card from my Orange M600? I can see it sitting in a holder when I remove the battery but there's no obvious way I can see to get it out - there's a small hole to the right of the SIM card holder, do I just use some needle-nosed pliers and pull it out of the holder or is there a better way? Thanks in advance.
Guest Disco Stu Posted September 26, 2007 Report Posted September 26, 2007 Welcome to the forum ;) Looking at my Magician (equivalent of the M500) the SIM card lies in a cut-out with metal grips on either side. Like you say, there is a small hole in the plastic at the inside end of the card. I think the manual says that you can press down on the grip end of the card and it will pivot upwards at the other end and can be slid out like that. I had to use a pen-knife in the hole though I think it usually comes out easier than that.
Guest Pandaman Posted September 29, 2007 Report Posted September 29, 2007 That's helpful, thanks. If I press down on the clip end the right hand side of the SIM card raises up just enough that a pair of grippers could grab it. Thanks again Stu. Guest Electronburn Posted February 19, 2008 Report Posted February 19, 2008 (edited) use the stylus in the small hole near the sim then slide the sim across and up with the stylus Edited February 19, 2008 by Electronburn
