SPV E650 - GPS Mapping- HELP!!!

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if someone could help me?

I have the Orange SPV E650 and I was told that I could install some kind of GPS Mapping onto it and use it like a TomTom.

I am quite new to the whole business so I am seeking help on where/ how to purchase the right software and also some guidance on how to install it.

Any suggestions would be most helpful, I have tried to install A-Z Map and verious other mapping software but when I go to install my device says the software is unable to install as the product is not meant for this device.

Would be great to hear from you.

Tom tom is a pain in the arse on this device, i would get copilot live 7 as it works a treat and in my opinion just as good as tomtom.

hi all,

I've testing a lot of gps software and just one work fine with my phone (spv e650).

Route 66 Mobile 7.This version is dedicated for smartphone.

i have used route 66 and i think copilot is alot better, i have never had a problem with copilot and copilot do different version one for pocketpc, one for symbian and one for windows smartphone in which the E650 is supported, and i can confirm it works.
