'Favourite People' Homescreen - can it be added to the Touch?

I have a Kaiser, and my homescreen has a 'favourite people' tab, where I can set up a number of pics of people that I just click on to ring them. A friend of mine is getting a touch this week, and was wondering if the touch had this tab on the homescreen? If not, can it be added?

In theory it should add the Favourite People tab as well.
