Podcast software

Now I've got a nice shiny new Vario III it makes sense to use it to download stuff... I'd really like to find a decent podcast app.

Ideally it'll be something which simply checks for new content and downloads it when it's available, with minimal fuss. So at 10am each morning, the best of Today appears; that kind of thing. The best I have found so far is stuff like Hubdog but they make doing it just to darned difficult.

There has to be something as friendly as itunes doesn't there - with the benefit of being able to do it wirelessly, anywhere.
