Tnx You can use Tornado Power Control, and create 3 shortcuts:- Power_on (Backlight on - e.g set to 252) Power_BacklightOff (Backlight Dim/off - e.g set to 180) Power_UserIdle (Idle - e.g set to something like 140) See here for downloads, shortcut examples and further info: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...mp;postcount=20 Note: You only need Total Commander in the above download instructions to edit the shortcuts, but you can edit them on the PC in notepad, then copy into "\Program Files\TornadoPowerControl" as specified in the post link Also note the risks involved with overclocking... Hope this helps Edited September 30, 2007 by paholman

Hope this helps Since there is precious little direct instructions on what these 3 files need to be, I'm going to post my 3 files here (first line is the file name, and the 2nd line is exactly what I typed in notepad before saving the file as a .lnk): Power_On.lnk 60#"\Program Files\TornadoPowerControl\OmapClock.exe" -clock 252 Power_Backlightoff.lnk 40#"\Program Files\TornadoPowerControl\OmapClock.exe" -clock 186 Power_UserIdel.lnk 40#"\Program Files\TornadoPowerControl\OmapClock.exe" -clock 186 Once these .lnk files are on your PC, you can use ActiveSync or bluetooth to move the files to the \Program Files\TornadoPowerControl directory. Once there, you're almost ready to go... You also need to create a link file type (I call the file TPC.lnk) and put it in the windows/startup folder so that Tornado Power Control loads automatically upon boot. Here is my TPC.lnk: 43#"\Program Files\load.exe" -hide "\Program Files\TornadoPowerControl\TornadoPowerControl.exe" bright hide Note that I'm using a program called "load.exe" - this is optional, but it makes TPC run in the background and not show up in task manager (which makes the overclocking even more invisible to the user). Hope this helps. Jon
