Guest ASR831 Posted October 3, 2007 Report Posted October 3, 2007 Hello all, Can anyone confirm this? I have been trying to find a work around for over 2 weeks now. If an incoming calls while the phone is locked, you can't silence the phone. I know some of you are going to say it works by pressing the volume down. It does that if you are ONLY NOT connected to GPRS (When the E/G is not showing on the Signal Bar). Now, If you are connected to the internet all the time, such as checking your e-mail every 5 minutes automatically, pressing the volume down won't work. It will only work when I disconnect GPRS. Can anyone confirm my findings? Let someone call you while your phone is locked and you are connected to GPRS, try to press the volume down and it won't work. Now do it without internet and it will work. If anyone can figure a solution for this, please let me know.
