Headset profile when BT headset off?

One of our users has just reported that when they've been using their BT headset, then turn the headset off, the "Headset" mode on the phone does not turn off by itself - it has to be switched off manually, otherwise the next incoming call connected will be directed to the (switched off) BT Headset still.

I've yet to confirm this, but wondered if anyone else has reported it (I've searched and not found any matches)
