Alarming issue

I set 2 alarms to wake me on a work day. I set the alarm tone to the most annoying possible so as to make sure I got up to switch the darned thing off.

But strangely, both alarms only give off the ring tone once - even though I have the setting to Repeat.

Also, there is no Snooze option!

Any possible fixes for this guys?

This might sound like a stupid solution but try setting it up through your calendar. My T--mo Dash had an alarm problem, so to get around it until the problem could be fixed I just set up a reoccuring event on the calendar.

Almost a good idea. Only problem is that would the alarm still not only beep / ring once? So, if I didnt wake up during the first and only ring then I'd be even later for work.

This is the most irritating "feature" of the kaiser. It repeats but takes AGES to repeat so it's kind of useless. I have the option of making the wav file repeated myself (alarm5) or is there a registry setting to actually make it repeat a lot quicker Paul or anyone else know? Kinda like there was the custom cabbage fix but WM6 pro repeats it just takes too long to repeat.

Thanks

What you're trying to do works fine here, so that's weird.

Try setting the Alarm with a std tone (maybe it's the tone that's the issue?).

Btw - my alarm repeats every minute or so until I shut it off.

Settings: play sound [Alarm5], repeat sound [x], flash light [x].

Hope this is of use.

That's fine but it takes too long to repeat. I have extended the WAV to 1 min long and set that as the alarm tune - much better!
