what's backup system software I can use?

I downloaded Sprite Backup software,but it can't run over Windows Mobile 2003 Smartphone.

and some software only can backup contact or sms. I want backup I600 system like ghost in windows, how can I do?

another problem: I think I600 can't support alarm function when turn off power. that's means if I want it wake-up alarm every morning, I have to turn on my mobile phone everyday and everytime? ;)
