Split SMS / MMS accounts?

Is it possible to install an alternative version of Arcsoft's MMS composer which will allow separate MMS and SMS accounts? I've got the TyTN II with Arcsoft MMS Composer Version 4.0.31.28 currently installed.

Unfortunately, even if you install a split version they still stay combined. So far, the only known way to to get them to split is to cook a split version in to a ROM and flash it. The good news is that the brains over at XDA are very close to creating a kitchen for the Kaiser.
