Hi,

Sounds like an issue with your phone's security policy (# 4103). Kindly try the following:

1. Download this registry editor

2. Transfer above file to a folder on your phone then run the application.

3. Open HKLM\Security\Policies\Policies001001 then change value data to 1

4. Download this unlocker

5. Run the unlocker on your PC while phone is docked. Click 'Remove Lock'.
