Hi guys and girls of MoDaCo. ;)

I've setup gmail on my phone, but I've got 2 email related questions.

When I send/receive I get my new emails... but if I view them and then send/receive again, they leave my inbox. Is there a way to stop this and make them stay on my phone unless deleted?

Also, can you remove the "Outlook Email" from the Messaging centre, or at least hide it. It's a little annoying having it there when I don't use it.
