Getting "Stream TV PDA" working on a Vario III

Has anyone had any luck getting streamtofile.com's "Stream TV PDA" program working on an MDA Vario III or equivalent?

What format does it send the files in?

It's a .cab file. When I run it, I get the following error:

"Stream TV PDA.exe" NotSupportedException System.Drawing.Icon

I'm running the .Net Compact Framework v2.0.7045.0 that was pre-installed on the device.

Maybe I need to wait for the 3.5 framework to be released?
