Download Windows Mobile Device Centre for free from Microsoft, install it, then plug your xda in and off you go...

I have downloaded and installed has suggested, i have sync up the phone, but i cannot see the contacts. I checked my outlook 2007 but no contact, what am i doing wrong.

Connect your device. Open WMDC, wait for it to connect, then hover mouse over Mobile Device Settings, then select "Change Content Sync Settings" and select to sync your contacts with your pc.
