WM6 Bluetooth incoming services?

Hi

I've a HTC VOX s710 with WM6 on it. I can connect the device with WinXPsp2 and Active Sync 4.5 works also, but only if I initiate the sync process from the WM6 device! What I want is to establish a Active Sync connection over BT but initiaiting from the Notebook! Is that possible over a RegHack on the WM6 device or with some third apps?
