Create shortcut to change registry setting...?

I want to create a shortcut that first changes a registry setting and then launches an app.

Is that possible?

Absolutely possible with MortScript. Read about MortScript features:

I am not sure though if the program is compatible with the Vox. Kindly give it a try. If in case it is compatible, you can write a script (*.mscr), create a shortcut to the script then place the LNK (shortcut) to your Start Menu folder.
