Hello!

I've got a problem. I want to play wmv files on my VOX. The problem is that TCPMP needs Windows Media Video 8 codec...

I was only able to findWMV 9 codecs for WM5 on xda- developers forum :/

Is there a way to solve it?

Thanks

Those files work fine on my device, I pasted them into \Program Files\TCPMP and it worked first time.

Admittedly I have no experience with the Vox though ;)

On my experience TCPMP sucks playing .wmv videos. Just play them with Windows Media. On the other side WM on my old Tornado WM sucks playing .mp4 files but this version comming with my Vox play them perfectly.

By the way, a question: On my Tornado I can play .wma files with TCPMP or Pocket Music (I have this format because my old limited 2Gb card), but now with the Vox I cannot play them. Someone knows a solution? (Coreplayer sucks too playing .wma).

Sorry for my english.

I will answer for myself: You can play .wma or .wmv (I don't have still tried) files with TCPMP or Pocket Music downloading and copying in the Windows folder the files linked in the post #40 of this thread: http://www.modaco.com/content-page/254089/...bile-6/page/20/
