cant sync my e650

im having some strange problems with my e650(vox) it wont sync with either of my pc's also i cant turn it off if i do it come back on with three graduated colour bars and "wifi hitachi" on the top line> To get out of this test? screen i have to remove the battery and wait a few hours the after replacing the battery it will be fine. i have removed all sync options in the phone and lost all my contacts ;) but have backed them up in outlook i have even tried a hard reset but i may be getting it wrong. Any help before i turn to orange again
