Black UP/DOWN Bars I600

[Guest dink i600]

i'm fighting with my Samsung I600 for change color of tray bar...(the bar with Start and the windows symbol...)

I'm editing the .xml scheme file, but the bar is always too light (and i want a total black bar...)

same thing if i want change the color of text on the same bar...

I can change color of anything, but no these two things.

Help me please
