Guest smitty1956 Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 Well I bought a water damaged BLACKJACK off ebay last week. Really clean adn the owner seemed very honest. He had accidently washed it. I did some study on the process of reviving a water damaged phone and went to work at cleaning it up. I got the unit back and powered up! All worked but the screen was very white. I could go through the motions of keypressing and found that it will be okay .......if I can get the screen revived. Now the screen is black and does not seem to want to come back to life. Or should I just wait? Let it be and see what happens? Does anyone have a reset code to bring it back to life? I am sure it it okay, as I opened up my first BLACKJACK and put the connector for the LCD on that and it seemed to work fine! SO I know the LCD is good. Any help would be appreciated!
