Guest mstephenson Posted October 25, 2007 Report Posted October 25, 2007 Great idea for a thread Paul, I was thinking of starting something similar myself ;) In no particular order here's mine: Device - HTC S710 ROM - Standard TCPMP - Far and away the best media player (unless someone else knows otherwise?) Live Search - Similar to Google Maps but a bit better suited to the UK for searching local companies (in my experience!) Handy Weather - Great little programme for checking weather across the world, displays on the home screen too Yahoo Go - News, sport, weather, stock markets, e-mail, flickr, maps, entertainment-it does the lot! Opera - Only recently installed this so still getting used to it. Looks like a good alternative browser though Pauls New Document thing - Sorry, forgot the name of it! Makes creating new Word documents nice and easy, like it should have been to begin with! Think thats about it to be honest. I need to get some more software on there me thinks :( I'll check some of these recommendations out though
