Start key programming

Guys, on my spv e600/t-mobile dash, my left start key is pointing to smarttoolkit and i want it to go back to start folder. How do i do that?

Not sure if the following will work...

1. Using a registry editor, open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shell\Rai\:MSStart\1

2. Use default value of

appman.exe -s BootApps :MSStart tpcutil.dll AMStart

Thanks for the welcome! I have been around for some time and always found an answer up till now but this one does not seem straight forward hence the first post ;)

I have had a look at the key and under 'shell' i have controls, startmenu and startMRU. No RAI.

Any further ideas?

I take that last comment back. On mobile registry editor on my laptop I only have the 3 entries listed under shell. On my device, I have a lot more including RAI.

I'll give your suggestion a try.

Sounds like you're in HKEY_CURRENT_USER

Rai is at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
