Dash International with Proxy

I have been using the dash with the proxy settings for a year now, but recently it started working intermittently so I decided to pay for the internet unlimited plan. I travel international a lot and now am worried that I will be charged for data.

If I use the tzones proxy wap hack will I be charged??? I now have two settings to connect to the internet, 1 with proxy and one without and they both work.
