Help with shortcuts

Well my problem is with a simple shortcup on the task bar, every time I turn on the phone theres a shortcut which appears as NOT recognize by the system, when I push this icon theres a Message "the shortcup can not be found or missing path" how can I change or remove the icon ?

Maybe is some kind or registry problems I do not know..the homescreen is not the problem cause I change it to the default and always the same result... this little thing i keep me mad... please help
