Guest aminjoon Posted October 27, 2007 Report Posted October 27, 2007 hello all. could we do something (maybe in registry) that make the icon bar be "static" ? in other word if we run an application , its icon appears in the icon bar & i don't like that . I want to have some special icon that i choose and dont want them to displace by other application that i run time to time . thanks if you help me sorry for my bad english .
Guest chucky.egg Posted October 27, 2007 Report Posted October 27, 2007 The iconbar you are referring to is the "Most Recently Used" list (MRU) You can use other, 3rd party, "icon bars" if you have an app with one - Resco Explorer, SBSH Facade amongst others. You'll need to change your Homescreen to use that app instead though, which can be tricky if you've not done Homescreen editing before. If you have an app that has an icon bar why not look for a Homescreen that uses that and start from there

The easiest way would be to get SBSH Facade here, install it onto your device, then open the "Facade Settings" application and replace the SP MRU Plugin with the Facade Launcher in the Plugins page of the Facade Settings app.
