Guest flippy Posted October 29, 2007 Report Posted October 29, 2007 Hey guys, Just wondering if it's ever financially prudent to get a screen replaced. I dropped my E650 on Friday and the screen has broken, and it's not insured. Orange want 70 quid for a replacement phone, or 30 quid plus a commitment to join their insurance scheme. I've had a quick google, but not found anyone offering prices on screen replacements for the Vox, specifically, so I have no idea of the price! Does anyone have any experience with screen replacement, and can they recommend anyone to do the work? I'm thinking that instead of spending 70 quid on the replacement, I might just upgrade to a Kaiser or something, and consider it a discount ;)
