SD card gone wierd

My cheap-ass 2GB Sandisk micro-SD has gone weird - completely slows my Hermes (T-Mobile Vario II) to a crawl (I mean, ridiculously slow, 20sec+ to do ANYTHING)

So far I've tried formatting it with XP and the card-reader built into my Toshiba laptop before copying all the contents back on.

Anything else I can try?

ok well I flashed with Schaps v4.0 ROM and all is well again... just waiting for it to screw up on me when I need it most now! :/

You should have splashed out the extra £2 to get the ultra version, no probs with mine here! ;)
