Restoring cemail.vol and pim.vol

Howdy! ;)

I have a problem. I hard that pim.vol and cemail.vol hold my personal sfuff. I couldn't copy them by default file explorer so I used Total Commander Mobile. Everything went smooth. I did hard reset to my baby and then I simply overwrited these files. When I wanted to restart, It just kept rebooting on and on. I searched threads on it, but I'm sure that it's about pim.vol and cemail.vol I wanted to backup and restore.

Has anyone tried to backup personal data this way? Or perhaps you know a better way to do this for free?
