Orange SPV c600 "Searching ..." no network please help

I've used the instructions found on this site to put the i-mate rom on my orange spv c600 and unlock it so that I could use my O2 sim card in it, but the phone just displays "Searching ..." and doesn't find any network no matter what sim card I put in there.

I've checked the IMEI and it's not blocked. I checked the phone with Checklock.exe and it's not locked. But I still get this "Searching ..." message with whatever sim card I put in there.

Could somebody please help me resolve this issue.

Sounds like a problem with the radio stack perhaps. Have you tried reflashing? Does reflashing back to the O ROM fix it?
