"Automatic Keylock" at http://maniac.fschreiner.de/ currently at v4.0 though I'd use v3.87 rather than the posted v4.0 as it has a few bugs - excellent piece of software with handy notification feature) or "SmartToolKit" at http://www.smarttoolkit.mobi/ currently at v1.0RC7beta (file version sounds complicated and dodgy but more stable than some commercial software - being developed daily!) - just started using it myself and I love the menu system. Both are freeware, both are excellent. Hope this helps...
