Smartphone WLAN Utility or WM6 Certificate Hack

I have a Moto Q9m and the Spectec SDW-822 wifi card. My school's wifi network is WPA2 with PEAP/ MS CHAP. The card supports it but not without additional software. The driver isn't enough and Microsoft doesn't provide free software for it. Is there any utility I can use that will let me connect to my school's network. I am getting to the point where I might just sell this card and get the expensive $45/month data plan if I can't get this to work.

EDIT: Ok here is the deal. My school doesn't have a server certificate. When I want to use it on my laptop they wanted me to disable server certificate validation but of course WM6 doesn't have this option and many of the utilities like Odyssey do. Is there any registry value I can add or change so that I can connect to this wifi?
