Waking when switching between 2G and 3G

Hey everyone

Has anyone else noticed that their TyTN II wakes from standby when switching between GPRS and 3G. At least I think this is why mine appears to wake up randomly! It will be sat on my desk in standby mode and then the screen will switch on and the signal strength bars will move.

I've checked to make sure nothing is running in the background and performed a soft reboot.

Any ideas?

Switch 3G off and see if it still happens? Even if it doesn't just leave it off until you actually need it, no sense running the battery down when its not needed.

Cheers, I'm going to turn it off today and monitor it. I've since found out it could be a bad program that is switching on the screen when an 'un-attended on' is triggered (hourly housekeeping or loss of signal).

Some more investigation is needed I think.
