Can anyone help? Big Kaiser problems

Hi

I've had my Kaiser for a few weeks now, and all has been fine until the last few days. Basically the standby/power button stops working, and the screen doesn't switch when I open the keyboard. By the standby button not working I mean that if I press to put it into standby nothing happens, and if I press and hold to power off then the warning message box comes up, if I press "Yes" then the working icon comes up and stays there, the phone doesn't switch off. Wireless and gps also don't work.

If I let the battery run out and then power up again then the phone works fine for a while, but stops if I do a soft reset. Taking the battery out doesn't seen to do the same.

My phone was working fine before this started, and I hadn't installed (or changed) anything for several days beforehand

I've tried a hard reset, which doesn't appear to have changed anything

Anyone any ideas?

Thanks

Matt

First to determine wether there is a fault with your device 1) Hardreset to factory level 2) Do not install anything in it for 24 hrs.Use it and see if the problem comes back, if not then install items one by one and see the culprit that may be the cause of the issue. If the issue comes on without any installation then the device may be faulty ;)

But firstly...

Have you installed any applications on it? If so, try removing them and see if its any better - often these problems are the result of a flawed installation of a third party app - otherwise we might all be reporting similar problems with WM6 roms.

And if the problem continues, check to see whats actually running in start, settings, system, memory, running programs.
