E650 / S710 Active tasks bug

I've installed Activesync 4.5 and have Outlook 2002 installed on my PC. I've synchronised all my tasks with my new Orange E650, but there appears to be a bug with the "Active Tasks" filter on the phone.

It ignores the "Start date" for tasks, and displays all tasks which are not complete no matter what I do. On my WM2003 H3970 tasks which have a "Start date" in the future do not display: this is what I'd expect.

There are very few posts on the web about this. Does anyone here suffer from this problem or know of a workaround?

I really hope that Orange/HTC are aware of this problem and issue a ROM update in the near future to fix this issue: besides this, I've been really impressed by the Vox.
