Guest rwl420 Posted November 4, 2007 Report Posted November 4, 2007 I inadvertently deleted the "contacts" shortcut from the start menu folder ( in the windows folder), on my Blackjack - I607. I have not been able to find the app associated to re-create the shortcut. No problem getting calendar or tasks back but I can not locate the contacts app. Would like to have it back, assigned to RSK. I think I see it in the registry but can not seem to re-create it........Any ideas?
Guest gpcarreon (MVP) Posted November 4, 2007 Report Posted November 4, 2007 Try this 'Contacts' LNK (Start Menu shortcut) code 42#:MSCONTACTS?:contactsapp Copy-paste to Notepad, save as 'Contacts.txt', change txt extension to lnk (small letters L N K) then transfer lnk file to Start Menu folder.
