extracting spalsh screen from specific ROM

hi are there any tool allowing me to extract splash screen ? so that i can use on other roms.

i am using reconstructed rom and the base for this reconstruction was htc shipped rom so at the moment

i have got smart mobility rom while the rest of the rom comes from ERA PL Rom.

i woudl like to extract the splash and by using custom ruu flash it into my new reconstruced rom ;)

Splash screen on kaiser is simply the file welcomehead.96.png in windows folder

no i do not mean the second spalsh which is welcomehead.96

i am after 1st spalsh screenwhich is usually in the rom itself.
