Almost certain you cannot do this!

The best you can do is to use the phone as a modem over bluetooth/USB and not use the phone as a WiFi adapter.

Best advice is go out and but a USB WiFi adapter for your computer

You can only do this if you run a HTTP proxy server on your PDA - that is, you'll only be able to access the Web, and nothing else, on your notebook.
